We are not a traditional recruitment agency, we are a leading and award winning training provider in Care who have carefully built a recruitment division to support the challenges faced by our clients.

Care organisations across the UK simply do not have the funds to cover high recruitment costs, despite suffering some of the greatest skills and staffing shortages of any sector. 3Spirit Recruitment aims to support our clients with fair and transparent pricing which includes critical training, including diploma

courses and specialist full qualifications, for significantly less than a standard placement only recruitment fee. The reason we are able to do this is that we aim to become each of our client’s partner for training, recruitment and apprenticeships which enables us to operate at lower margins.
