How staff (at all levels) are effectively and safely onboarded and inducted to the organisation, whilst ensuring all training gaps are closed promptly, is a time swallowing burden to managers and still does not address the widening problem of short-term retention.

Our approach is different to that of a recruitment agency; for 3Spirit a placement is the start of the journey, not the end! Every placement we make combines a bespoke training and support package which is included in the price. We also ensure that we work with each employer and candidate to build a career and personal development plan for the individual – this also requires the buy-in from the employer but is essential in ensuring that all parties can commit to their long-term career path (this can include milestone training and promotion pathways with agreed objectives).
