After a career in venture capital, including part of the leadership team at Mercia Fund Management, Talon has built and supported a wide breadth of UK-based early stage businesses in getting off the ground, whilst developing teams that can operate, develop and grow independently.
Fundamentally, Talon’s goal is to help empower people to realise their potential whilst building and supporting socially conscious organisations.

SENIOR SAFEGUARDING TRAINER (REMOTE)
We have a friendly and diverse group of associate trainers who specialise in delivering training from their own practice areas.
We are looking for an experienced trainer who has practice experience in undertaking or managing s42 safeguarding adult enquiries or working within multi-disciplinary safeguarding enquiries. We are interested in hearing from anyone who feels they have the practice experience to deliver the following training:
- Safeguarding Adults for Enquiry Officers
- Safeguarding Adults for Managers
- Risk Assessment in relation to complex risk assessment
- Advanced MCA
