what we do

Developing the skills that build bright futures

3Spirit’s expert team of trainers and industry leading programmes in Care are focused on nurturing Care professionals to deliver exemplary quality standards whilst creating long-term career progression

Safeguarding Adults

This interactive session will offer a fully immersive learning experience that is enhanced by small group learning. The maximum number of candidates per session is 16, giving opportunity for all learners to engage directly with the trainer, take part in interactive activities and share learning with others in focused discussions.

MCA and DoLS

The training will introduce the learner to the legislative framework and link this to working practice. Candidates will leave this session with a clear understanding of current good practice and improved confidence and competence in relation to the legal framework and compliance with the code of practice.

Level 5 Safeguarding

Having a strong safeguarding strategy should be at the heart of all social care practice. However, many services fail to deliver a proactive preventative approach to safeguarding and instead have a disproportionate approach to protection, are predominately reactive and, at times fail to act on lessons learnt.
