Apprenticeships

Beyond a qualification

Our apprenticeship programmes have each been designed by highly experienced Care Professionals to ensure curriculums and schemes of work not only meet diploma requirements, they build the necessary skills and behaviours to manage the daily challenges faced by those working in the sector, whilst pushing the standards of safety and quality within Care organisations.

We’re not another training provider that aims to tick boxes, our objective is to develop the right skills and behaviours to enable Care Professionals to thrive.

Pathway to management

A key objective for our team is to ensure passionate Care Professionals have a clear and achievable career pathway plan which can take them right from the very start of their journey into Care through to becoming a fully qualified Care Manager.

3Spirit offer a number of paths to achieve this but our clearest progression pathway is through our apprenticeships. Our Level 2 all the way to our Level 5 in Adult Social Care provides a clear stepping stone pathway where we’re able to guide and support each learner through step of the journey, whilst also ensuring we maintain a strong and collaborative partnership with employers.
