The Role
We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Development Coach (Early Years) to join our growing team. This role is home-based with regular travel to client sites across various regions of the UK. You will play a vital part in supporting and guiding learners through their Early Years qualifications, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coaching, mentoring, and assessing learners in Early Years qualifications.
• Delivering high-quality, engaging training tailored to individual needs.
• Supporting learners to achieve in line with awarding body and regulatory standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements.
• Promoting safeguarding, equality, and diversity in all aspects of your work.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Qualified – holding a recognised assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA) and relevant Early Years qualifications.
• Experienced – with a strong track record in Early Years practice and learner support.
• Quality-focused – committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Flexible and resilient – able to travel to client sites across the UK and adapt to varied learner needs.
• Passionate – about supporting others to achieve their potential.
