Staff welfare and development are central to everything we do – we believe in creating a supportive, stable environment where our people can thrive.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and positive Business Development Manager to drive apprenticeship sales, primarily within the Adult Care sector, while also promoting our broader range of funded and commercial programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a supportive team culture, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by achieving results and creating impact.
Key responsibilities include:
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and meet apprenticeship sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across the Adult Care and sector (and beyond).
• Promote the full range of 3Spirit Training programmes, including apprenticeships and commercial courses.
• Develop tailored solutions to meet employer workforce development needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to enrolment.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and pipeline using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure a seamless employer and learner experience.
• Represent 3Spirit Training at industry events, employer meetings, and networking opportunities.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in apprenticeship sales within Adult Care.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Birmingham HQ and client sites.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• Long-term, stable career opportunities in a growing organisation.
• A supportive, welfare-focused working environment.
• Professional development and progression opportunities.
• The chance to be part of a respected, quality-driven training provider with a strong reputation in the sector.
